“It is not Bash, I went to collect it at the Sportscene in Centurion Mall. The music was so loud, the employees had to shout at each other and it was an awful experience. I could not wait to get out of the store. I will rather purchase online than ever go into a Sportscene store again.”
“I received my order with the dress being full of dark foundation marks, around the shoulders and on the slits. Absolute disappointment to order online and receive a new item in such a state.”

“I finally received my order yesterday at the Fix , Umlazi mega city but I was not happy with the service that they gave me. The courier guy called me telling me that they are refusing to take the parcel because they don't know me. The courier guy even call me to let me speak to the lady who was refusing to receive the parcel and the lady told me that I was supposed to give the courier my residential address. They told me to come and take it, they didn't receive it on the system. On my arrival at the store my parcel was left there next to the counter. I was very disappointed with the service I received at The Fix Umlazi mega city. I always use the store to receive my Bash parcels as it is convenient and safe for me as the couriers are being hijacked in the township areas.”
“I had to return because of the size. I am still waiting for refund. we ordered a big size because the guy at the shop(studio 88) showed us the size on the side, written in marking pen as the correct size, instead of the size on the tag”
