“Overall online shopping experience with Bash was great, payment was easy.
Delivery was challenging, with a last minute delivery update ("directions needed to address") after making a plan to be available all day for the scheduled delivery and no way to contact the 3rd party courier directly to query this or "provide directions" in the day and age of Google Maps.”

“Great service, easy process. But the jeans arrived WITH the security tag still attached. I had to take it in to a store to have the tag removed. That kind of defeats the purpose of ordering through Bash.”
