“I'm not happy with bash
First they gave me a wrong package and I bought shoes at foschin they gave me clothes from exact and jet then I had to go around trying to refund it which it was a hustle because I didn't have an invoice from jet nor exact. And I didn't have the shoes that I wanted.
I paid delivery plus the money that I used to go to the mall and refund
If bash will make mistake like this they should remove all the shops and focus on one shop. I can't be happy while I'm miss using my money for a fault I didn't do”

“Parcel is great 10/10. Bash is bashing. Overall product is excellent. But foschini centurion mall should come up with a way of storing our parcels. They were stored in a black municipal bin. I wasn't impressed. They had to check parcels in bin full of parcels one by one. The guy who cleared my parcel has no customer service. He is still young, he can learn a lot from those who have experience for interacting with clients. He was just cold.”
