“I have still not received the Menās Vans that I ordered and paid for. I have been told that they were delivered but instead I received a luminous extra large yellow T-shirt! Strangely enough the waybill had the number for the sneakers and a small slit in the packet?!!! I have spoken to agents via Bash Chat at the end of last week and was promised it would be escalated and sorted but I have yet to hear anything! I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to contact Bash and the courier company! Iām so frustrated and upset as they are a Christmas present for my son who has been wanting them for a year! Iām hoping that perhaps writing this will get the attention it needs and I will receive the R700.00 sneakers I paid for and ordered.”
