I also got sent the wrong item twice, which is not good. As I'm stuck with something I don't want but doing a return for a value of R15 and R30 is not worth it. Courier returns only refund and I can't get free delivery again on such a small amount. I don't have a Foschini near me for an exchange. Waste of time and money.”
“My only complaint is we tick the business address button, so we assume that delivery drivers would think about delivering during business hours however they dont. They call you at 18h30 and still expect you to be at work???? WHY?

Please check how fragile goods are shipped as the perfume set I ordered arrived safe but the packaging was damaged, if it was not wrapped up as it was it would have been broken bottles”
