“I am generally happy with the product. But was disappointed that immediately after placing an order a d realising that I didn't update the address there was no option for me to chance. So I have to drive to collect my order after delivery which was an inconvenience.”
“Returns information is not clear, on the system it says one can Return item/s to a bash store nearby However that was not the case for me with the below item”
“The service is great but I do feel that when you order quite a few things, you could end up with too many parcels, arriving at different times. I opted to have it delivered to my office, so it really isn't ideal. It would be great if you had an option to streamline this. Even if it means waiting a little longer for your order. Love the fact that you get so many options in one place though.”
