“Great service,speedy delivery from Bash but the collection at the Foschini Woodlands Branch is very appalling!A team member went to the back for a full 20 mins to collect the order but came out empty handed and claimed that my order wasn’t there,how can it not be there when I received an sms stating that my order is ready for collection?Then another team member went to look for it and took another 10 mins,the services is so slow,the employees are rude and orders aren’t organised because why would it take 30 mins to look for an order?No apology from their side,this is an always thing!They take forever to come with your order from the back,they also take forever to tend to a customer on the shop floor.I am not happy with the click and collect service from that specific branch and the overall customer service,it is like they are doing you a favour and you are hindering whatever they are doing on the shop floor which is nothing because,they don’t provide customer service yet there are 3 million people on the shop floor.”
“It’s the first ever experience of using Bash online for orders. Placing the order was pain free, delivery was fantastic! Only alert that had a bit of ‘downside’ was that Bash consultants are not available on a Sunday or over weekends as I’ve been advised. As I purchase items over the Black Friday weekend, receiving text messages about my orders being processed in another province via an online shopping, did cause a bit of panic due to the time of year, where online shopping is the most targeted time by cyber criminals. Other than the text message concerns about my orders being processed and not having Bash consultants on live chat. The experience was easy, clear and pleasant.”
