“The sneaks I am happy with, what I am not happy with is that different stores have different policies for online collections, and TFG needs to sort this out. Online purchases have already been paid for, we have already done the waiting for the item to be delivered (In this instance from store to store), so we should not have to wait in line with customers still having to pay for their goods. There should be a separate line for online orders.
Luckily, I had a very nice young lady assist me at "Zevenwacht Sportscene" and got my order.
Please consider generalising this process accross your many stores.”
“I love my shoe. I was honestly a little scared to place my order from bash, having to pay before hand and then get my package, as per my last experience with delivery(a very long time back). When i ordered from tfg online through my account. I never got my order, despite my complaints and followups. So i never ordered after that again, i infact closed my account after that experience. But happy i got my reebok package and I'm happy with my shoe.”
