“The delivery is a joke. I emailed more than 5 times asking how my delivery failed when no one called, SMS'd or whatsapped to say they were at the gate? Every repsonse was " this item has been returned, please contact us if you need anything else" the more I responded and said "dont close this ticket, it is not resolved" I just got back "thank you for your feedback, your ticket has been closed" - so in short, my experience was TERRIBLE and no one wants to help me. I have emailed several times and no one will assist me or even knowlegde what I am saying, so really the WORST experience ive had.”
“If you had me asked a few months ago to review this I would have said 5, but returning things on that bash app??? Horrible experience and I did review it when I had to review the experience. I ordered things to wear this past weekend bee getting messages that they would be delivered since Tuesday morning and I only got them Friday morning!!!! Friday morning when I had to leave????? Couldn’t even return stuff I didn’t like and get things I wanted coz I wasn’t given the opportunity….the worst experience ever on your birthday week!!!!”
