“Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. I was delivered a mismatched pair of shoes — one size 8 and one size 9. Because of this error, I had to return the shoes to a physical store, then re-order the correct pair myself. On top of the inconvenience, I also had to pay again for delivery to a store where I could collect them.
This was frustrating and time-consuming, especially since the issue was not caused by me. I expected better quality control and customer handling.”
