“This is regarding the unacceptable handling of my recent Black Friday order. I purchased two foundations, yet the first was cancelled without explanation, followed by the second cancellation shortly thereafter.
If stock was not available, it should never have been listed for purchase. What makes this more concerning is that the same items appeared as available again after the Black Friday promotion ended, which clearly indicates that this was not a stock issue but rather a failure in service and transparency.
This level of communication and customer care is far below what is reasonable to expect. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how this order was managed.”
“Since I ordered the bash item to me the transportation guys lied of delivering and until this day I havent found my item that I ordered I had to change address to work cause at home seems like they claimed to becoming yet I kept making ends meet to cancel my plans for nothing .may u please enhance your delivery system as a valued client I cant wait for this long for something very small I am afraid to even order much cause of the poor service I am receiving I thank u”
