“Good day, im so disappointed. A wrong order. Went to the nearest foschni store to correct the order ,unfortunately I was not assisted. I received a bag instead of the order. What must do now? As I was told the dress is available in Sammy Marks square. I mean I bought the dress on sale and driving around without any help is as good as I bought the dress on normal price. My expectations was for the store to order the dress for me in Sammy Marks and bring it to the nearest foschni store as I return the wrong order but I was told to do everything by myself. I still have the wrong order I couldn't drive to Sammy Mark's.”
“I am not satisfied at all, I ordered 100ml of Lancôme Idiole and I received 50ml, I noticed days after receiving the parcel, fortunately it was still less than 30 days. To my surprise I am told that they will refund instead of resending what I have ordered I am totally disappointed!!!”
