“shopping was easy but so is any other site. the delivery took long but i was patient as i understand shops are busy during the festive season. however the condition the perfume box was in was disgusting. if i'm paying above R500 for a product i expect it to come undamaged. The box of perfume was torn at the bottom and the perfume was literally hanging out of the box that the mini perfume almost fell when i removed it out of the packet. the box was creased and looked like a group of elephants were walking on it. The bigger perfume also leaked onto the paper they wrapped it in. I was extremely disappointed and its already too late for me to now log a return and then buy another set because i ordered it as a gift. I had to open the box up and rewrap the present in gift paper and tie a bow on it to make it somewhat decent. It didnt look good at all, compared to if i was wrapping a box. I feel somewhat embarrassed to even give this as a gift when its not even my fault. I'm just extremely disappointed in the condition my product came in.”
