“I am not happy with the collection process because the first time I went to the store, they didn't thoroughly look for my item. Of which, I returned home without the item. The following day I was called to come and collect. This was an inconvenience since I stay far from the mall/shop.
I collected the item a day later and it is exactly what I needed. I love it.”
