“Prompt service but I was not happy with the product. The duvet set was very dirty and very creased. It was not even in the proper packaging. I suppect someone had already purchased it, used it and returned it. Very poor quality. Like a fool I immediately washed it without thinking... but it disgusts me to think that I had been sent a product that had already been used and repacked and returned to Bash.
Previously I had purchased a coffee machine which arrived in a very broken box that had been stuck to together with duct tape. The machine was also second hand and had been used. Was full of scratches and did not function properly. I returned it.
It seems that this is a typical pattern of Bash. They re-sell items online that have been damaged and returned. I will never use Bash again. I really do not like the way they do business. It is disgusting to resell second hand procucts. I never realised that this is a second hand site!”

“A completely different pair of shoes was delivered. Collection of the incorrect item was delayed by three days because they attempted to collect before 8am at a business address on two occasions.
I hope that the correct item will be delivered before Christmas.”
