“It was fast enough thanks but l think you can improve in-terms of being able to be contacted via call because sometimes l need help asap and l don’t have time for emails. Secondly when the order is delivered and maybe l wasn’t available to receive it and someone else receives it for me, the confirmation of delivery email you send need to state who received it and also include time so that l won’t need to contact you’ll if it happens that l don’t know the name of the person who received it or if l forget it.”
