“Extremely disappointed and annoyed by Bash and its system. Coz tell me they’d just send me shorts and some top when I actually ordered a bag, and then they tell me that the bag is out of stock, I should check from other stores (physically)… I mean, why can’t THEY check the stock and fix the mistake they did??? And then I actually find a Foschini that has this bag in stock (Zeerust), but the sale is now over, and it’s now on buy 1 get 1 free, but not at this particular store, apparently they don’t do that. At this point I don’t even know why I bother with Bash and Foschini (plus their rude staff) anymore.”
“I was so excited for days waiting for my order because I loved this dress so much… but was so disappointed when it came the dress was so dirty, smells of perfume you could tell that someone worn it and returned it to the store. I was heartbroken because I was planning to wear it on the Event on the 16December2025 now i have to look for something else because bash and foschini stores around me doesn’t have my size of that dress anymore, they sold out💔😞🥺”
“I ordered on the 28th of November and according to my knowledge and the information given by Bash it takes 3-5 business days to receive an order. It is now the 9th of December and I still haven’t received my order. I am extremely disappointed. The person I ordered for is going on holiday and they are going to leave without their gift.
To say I am angry would be an understatement”
