“This experience was frustrating and disappointing. The fact that I am being asked if I am enjoying my purchase is upsetting and triggering. My order was processed no problem with stock availability. A few days later it is cancelled due to no stock. How is it even possible to accept the order in the first place? Then it shows stock available again and I can't order for days awaiting my refund to my credit. Eventually getting my refund credited, the stock is depleted again and I missed out re-ordering.”
