“Easy online ordering and fast delivery. I received the pillow yesterday and have just had the most comfortable night's sleep in a long time. I have spondylosis and need a good comfortable, supportive pillow, which doesn't make me feel as though I'm lying on bricks, but find them very difficult to find. This pillow fits the bill after one night, but I'll reserve final judgement until I've used it for a while, and see whether it changes with time.”

“I ordered from Alpaca Clothng Co; just recently and I was greatly impressed with the service . It was prompt, carefully wrapped and above all a great feeling of security. I ordered on a Monday and my parcel was hanging up in my wardrobe on Wednesday morning.-- almost like a personal service. I look forward to using them again .”

“I live in a country town, not a city in Australia. I ordered my Brax jeans from the wonderfully helpful people at the Alpaca Clothing Co on July 31st, and the well packaged garment was delivered to my door at mid-day August 6th! Everything perfect: service on the phone, on the web and the garment as ordered. Thank you Joy and Chantelle and all the family. Best wishes from Burradoo, Australia.”

“Having visited the shop in June whilst on holiday, and found superb staff and assistance. I thought when I wanted another pair of jeans I would use their web pages. “My sweater arrived today here in Canada. It is even more beautiful than on the website. The colours are very vibrant and although by the time I paid the exchange and the dreaded Canadian sales tax the sweater cost me almost 500 dollars but worth every penny! Love it and will definitely be a continued customer. Thank you. Barb”

“Very pleased with the leather handbag I ordered and the service was good. My only complaint is that the e- mail I received informing me that my order had been dispatched was headed Parcelforce Worldwide and referred to an order from G & S Specialist Timber. I thought that it had been sent to me in error or was part of a scam. There was no mention of The Alpaca Clothing Co.”

“I have just made my first purchase with alpaca. I live in Australia so time difference was difficult although I came across a lady online called Chantelle who absolutely went out of her way to help me. We needed to make a few emails backwards and forwards until I made the purchase and truly it was because she took the time with me and instantly answered my emails that that is why I did finally make the purchase. And I know that if anything should go wrong I can contact this lady again who will help me get it sorted. Fabulous company to deal with. Thank you.”

“Due to a website error the initial product I ordered was out of stock. I was told the next working day and instantly refunded. But then to my suprise I was offered a different product at a discounted price due to the error. This I was not expecting. I cant praise you all enough for this and I will be shopping here again for sure. Oh and by the way the product is top notch. Highly recommended.”
