“As with any rare, high quality material online purchase I buy, I like to phone them to hear it from the horse's mouth. As expected the voice I heard had a beautiful northern accent, something I've missed living in London, I'm from Manchester originally. She laid out everything, how long they've been going, family business ect. I was convinced, purchased, and haven't looked back, great product, highly recommended.”

“I purchased a mustard and grey blanket, fluffy slippers and alpaca socks and am so impressed with all the items. Each beautifully individually wrapped, it was as if Christmas had come early. I will certainly become a returning customer very soon!”
