“Excellent quick service and they were delivered promptly. My only grumble is with the delivery firm. I left my porch door unlocked so that the parcel could be left inside but they only put a card in saying they couldn't deliver them. Two pairs of socks would fit through the letter box! Their app has a lot of bad reviews. Change delivery firm?”

Hi Christine, Thank you for your 5 star review, we are so sorry you had this issue with the delivery firm. They text/email you with a delivery time and if it's not suitable for you, you can ask them to leave it in a safe place etc, but unless stated, I'm afraid they cannot leave the parcel without permission, they also can't pop it through the letterbox as there has to be proof of postage, ie a photograph.Thank you again for your review and we're glad they arrived quickly.

“What a great company. Visited 2 years ago to purchase a cardigan for our 1st grandchild. My son loved it easy little zip up with hood. As our grandson grew we purchased online another for this winter. Wonderful customer service.”

“This was the first time I had ordered from The Alpaca Clothing Company (child's cardigan). I was impressed not only by the easy and quick ordering and delivery service but also the cardigan is of high quality and I feel reasonably priced for its originality and quality. I was also pleased to source it from a firm not too far from where I live (about 70 miles)”

“I have difficulty finding jeans that fit my pear shape and these brax corola are just fine but Alpaca clothing were the only site which had them in my size and the price I could afford-thanks. Delivery was quick and jeans were packed very nicely.”

“Easy access to website. Quicker than expected delivery. My friend was thrilled with her baby alpaca snood. So soft and luxurious . She is going back to Poland to set up an alpaca therapeutic farm. She will fit into the herd perfectly with her snood!”

“I am delighted with my Pima cotton tee . I thought that I was ordering white but when it arrived it was the palest blue. Anyway it was beautifully made and I kept it . I shall go back for a white one. It also arrived incredibly quickly. Easy website as well. A good experience. EP”
