“Purchased a toilet through their ebay store. It's warped and they have refused to replace it.

“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. PURCHASED A £35 TOILET SEAT FROM THESE GUYS. INSTALLED IT AND AFTER USING IT ABOUT 2 WEEK NOT MORE I NOTICED IT ALL GOT RUSTED. I OPENED A RETURN REQUEST AND IT WAS DECLINED. THEY WERE ACCUSING ME OF "MISUSING" THE TOILET SEAT. HOW ON EARTH CAN SOMEONE MISUSE A TOILET SEAT SO THAT THE METAL PARTS OF THE SEAT BECOME RUSTED WITHIN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. I AM ALSO TAKING THESE GUYS NO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS THIS IS WHAT THE DESERVE.”
