“Good price and excellent customer service, but they do not have any returns service for mistakes which lets them down badly. They need to aspire to be more like Amazon and EBAY in this regard”

“Battery delivered was perfect and price incredibly very competitive so thanks for that. However, Ordered on Sunday before 1500h with next working day supplement. Battery did not arrive Tues and I had to call on a premium rate number to chase up. As promised, call employee did get back by email with reason for delivery delay and it arrived on Weds am. Please add order tracking to your website-these days it should not be necessary to chase up delivery and customers don't like surprises.”

“The prices are good, but if anything goes wrong, like a battery delivered leaking, then the aftersales and customer service response leaves a lot to be desired. Buyer beware, 1st battery ordered from them everything was perfect and would've given them 5* now after this 2nd battery doubt if I'd ever order from them again. Shame they didn't take me more seriously.”

“I ordered battery on Thursday and payed for guaranteed next working day delivery the battery arrived Monday what happened to Guaranteed next working day delivery ok I ordered after 3.30pm so thought it would come Saturday but apparently they don’t work Saturday and Sunday so thought they must deliver themselves no it was DHL do couriers not work Saturdays my battery was dispatched Friday. Sadly won’t be using The Battery Guys again.”

“It should have been made clear that when I ordered my battery late Sat evening and that when I paid extra for next working day that they day of delivery should then have come up so that 1, I knew when to expect it and 2, whether it was worthwhile to pay the extra? The battery arrived on Tuesday”

“Pleased with the help and the cost of the battery. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND I HAD A £5.45 PHONE BILL BECAUSE THEY USE A PREMIUM COST NUMBER. WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN BECAUSE OF THAT.”

“The batterry came to us damaged in transit and my wife did not take delivery. the Battery guys replaced the battery without a problem and redivered in two days. Well done I dont think they could have done better, custemer service at its best. Thanks Richard pavey”
