“No invoice or confirmation which is abit concerning after ordering something off the Internet from a company I'd not heard of..but that said I called them and they said it was coming next day delivery (which I didn't pay for) and they was true to their word,it arrived and exactly what I wanted”

“Lots good about this business. Web site clear, purchase process easy, price okay and kept informed by email of progress. Issue though was delivery. Tucked away in the T&C's it states the battery has to be signed for. Possibly regulations rather than the companies choice - the battery does contain strong acid. The delivery company though only delivers 'sometim' during the day so I had to stay in all day. I did receive a message at 13.10 saying it would be delivered between 13.37 and 15.27 and it was. Learning point - read the T&C's as I wouldn't have ordered the battery if I had checked delivery. Oh and I didn't need to sign for the battery, it was just handed over to me.”

“First order placed for a replacement bike battery. I wasn’t too sure but placed my order with next day delivery and hoped for the best. Ordered at 1pm and to my surprise it was delivered at 3pm next day. Very good service with no complaints.”

“Very quick delivery of new motorbike battery ordered. Easy to identify item by entering vehicle registration. Can’t comment as to quality of battery as not fitted yet. Overall a positive experience.”

“Reliable delivery came when they said at a good price. (Preston to London next day). Only minor problem - Though battery was charged it was at 12.5 volts and needed a little boost and came up to full ok. Transit plugs out but ports taped. Very happy with purchase. Will use them again when needing a battery.”

“Great battery, selecting the correct battery on site is hassle free and price is pretty good as well, only downside is the courier that they use Yodel, driver did not even knock the door just left on door step for anyone to steal”

“Battery cheap and does the job ,delivered fast.( battery advised by numberplate input ), the battery terminals are on the opposite side to the oem which was a pain really with the oem wiring . Can make it work though”
