“Entered car registration number into website. Ordered recommended battery for my car. It arrived promptly, but didn’t fit because terminal layout was incorrect. Very easy to order the wrong battery. If the website gave both terminal layouts as options for the car, I would been more inclined to check rather than assume the only option offered would fit. Don’t make same mistake as me and assume by entering your car reg you will get the right battery.”

“Good price, but don't expect next day delivery or even Saturday delivery. Impossible to get hold of, phone goes straight to voicemail every time and they don't answer emails. Still waiting for refund on Saturday delivery charge.”

“Hello Battery Guys, Battery installed and it was already charged, Great, dissapointed with the delivery man( Yodol) as he delivered it one handed holding the battery at a sharp angle called to him to hold it straight as there was a liquid battery inside. As soon as he put it down opened the box to see if it had leaked, it had not. Pointed to the box it says keep upright. He said it was heavy?”

“Hello - I have ordered several car batteries from the Battery guys over a few years and most have been good value - however my latest order for a more powerful battery for a 2007 BMW Z4 resulted in completely incorrect battery being delivered that was unsuitable and would not fit the battery container without major rework - this was not mentioned when the battery was ordered - I await a reply to resolve this major issue " Come on Guys get things sorted I need the right battery not one for a truck"”
