“Very pleased indeed. The battery I ordered wasn't actually in stock but the Battery Guys automatically upgraded the specification in order to fulfill my order. The great deal I'd got became even better!! Dispatch was quick, item well packed & fitting info included. Staff answering my query (ref the different spec) were knowledgeable & friendly. Certainly much more in-depth than the Muppets @ K**kfit!!! Highly recommended*****”

“Paid for next day delivery, arrived day after that: tracking shows not even collected by courier until end of the next day. Courier delivered it upside down despite having "this way up" on the box: leaving for 48 hours as battery was not treated well by courier and giving everything a chance to settle.”

“At first I was I was impressed with an email first thing the next day apologising for for not having the battery I requested and offering an alternative. Then I wondered how with today's automated stock tracking could an online company allow you to purchase stock not available. Assuming my battery would arrive the next day, I waited and waited until 6 pm and emailed why my battery had not yet arrived, the tracking link showed the item had not even left. no response. Nor did they respond to the next email the next day. It finally arrived 5 days later. No communication, no way even should this company profess to deliver within 24hrs, they don't have the infrastructure, wou;d not recommend at all, and would not user it ever again. My plans to get the work done were ruined and wasted two days waiting for this fake promise to deliver, 95% guaranteed - i'm in the midlands and it took nearly a working week.”

“Very quick delivery of new motorbike battery ordered. Easy to identify item by entering vehicle registration. Can’t comment as to quality of battery as not fitted yet. Overall a positive experience.”

“I wrote to you that I had just missed to enter my discount code after I ordered my battery within 2 mins. I sent a message about that. But I never received any reply. I had called immediately couple of times and left a message but never received a reply. This is not good service. I was told I would get my battery the next day but it arrived a day late with no sorry. Not a good service from the company”
