“I placed an order July 29th and Aug. 6the received an email saying they had to cancel my order, however they took the money out of my account and as of Sept. 13th, no refund. Very disappointed . Will never order from Walmarts website to this company or anywhere in China. Terrible communication and very poor service.”
“I have waited over a month for my refund on an order that this company cancelled for whatever reason. Never ever again will I order from this company or any other that isn’t in the US. Shame on you, you can’t keep customers or your business when you don’t treat people right, namely your customers. I ordered my item on the Walmart site assuming they would only have sales that were honest and efficient. Hopefully Walmart will discontinue The Boho bloom.”
“I ordered from them over three weeks ago, just now got a tracking number that it was even sent! Come to find out it’s being shipped from China, even though their website says they’re based in California. HORRIBLE customer service, reached out them numerous times and never got a response. Awful.”
