“It was the first time a estate agents solicitor had been used. The charges were half what l would have paid my local Cornwall solicitor, so perhaps l was well compensated for feeling at times l was not fully in touch with the pace of the conveyancing. I appreciate the courtesy which was excellent.”

“Had very little contact with office. Most communication given to me by estate agent. On completion day, I was told that I would get a call when money had been transferred. I never got that call. My estate agent contacted me to say everything was complete and buyer collected keys.”
