“The dice are beautiful, but I have had a problem with every order I've ever placed there. The first was a set of Jade dice with a noticeable broken tip off the D4. The second was an order of several sets of dice where refreshing the page removed the discount code, the currency they quoted was different from the currency they charged (costing me additional conversion fees), and the shipping fee was changed from one currency for another WITHOUT converting the amount, so it was 35% higher than I was quoted.
They seem like a reasonable set of artisan dice sourcers with absolutely dismal IT, misleading invoicing, and slow customer service. And it really doesn't make sense to charge boutique prices if you're going to be slapdash in how you handle your cusomers.”
