“Bought a cabin bed from the company. There were some serious issues around delivery - after missing the original 3 day window(for which I had taken time off work), the delivery was made but was missing one of the key items. This item was resent but once again there was very poor service from their courier XPD which put another 10 day delay in getting all of the parts. The company were very supportive throughout the process and the quality of the product is very good but I will not be ordering from them again while they use XPD as their couriers.”
