“After trying to ring to place an order and not getting any reply except a recorded message I decided to go to the shop and place my order in person.
Got there and there was only 3 customers in the shop and 2 delivery drivers
I placed the order swiftly and was told there was a 15mins wait.
After 30mins I asked how long it would be and the counter assistants all looked at me blankly.
They checked all the boxes of food and said it will be 2mins.
10mins later I was told it will be another 2mins.
Poor customer service.
All I observed in my 45mins in the shop was the focus appeared to be all on the collection of orders by delivery drivers and not the actual customers in the shop”

I haven’t ordered from here in a couple of months, I ordered tonight and it’s definitely NOT divine, the sauce on the gyros is bland and flavourless, the oregano that was dumped on top is the only flavour I could taste, the original parmo was utterly dreadful, the chips were hard and dry. I found out the owners have changed and clearly taste and satisfaction is no longer the priority. I will not be ordering again and that’s the most upsetting part because it used to be my go to good food place. 1/10”
“Lived in Thornaby for a few years and used to frequently eat here however since hiring fresh 16 year olds every week it has went down the drain. Several members of the same family work there and when they are on shift together my food os never cooked properly, furthermore the staff cant get along, 2 till girls having massive arguements and firing others due to Grace Rowlands lack of work when shes on with her boyfriend. Sort it out”
