“I had a small problem in ordering via Paypal. I telephoned customer service who could not have been more helpful. I urgently needed product for delivery next day and although by now we had exceeded the 4pm close, the product was shipped and arrived next day. That is what I call service!”

“Recently bought 2 oil fired heaters ....one of them had a small fault ....I contacted them and they had a replacement sent out straight away(in 2 days ). Very efficient service and accommodating ....excellent customer service all round . Would recommend / use this company again .”
