“My experience with Frontal Queen has been extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were repeatedly missed, and basic accountability was lacking throughout the entire process. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was given vague responses, no reliable tracking information, and shifting explanations that did not resolve the issue.
What stood out most was the lack of ownership from customer service. Rather than proactively fixing the problem, the burden was placed on the customer to repeatedly provide additional proof while no meaningful resolution was offered. This is not the level of professionalism expected from a business handling paid orders.
I would strongly caution others to proceed carefully. Customer service and transparency matter just as much as the product, and unfortunately, this company failed in both areas.”
