“Booked a table for six nations in the upstairs bar , but the upstairs bar was shut , tried to order drinks downstairs but it took way to long 25 mins , ordered food and drinks from app , food was delivered ok but was cold then had to queue again for drinks as it was 40 minutes after ordering drinks on app and still did not receive them . Rude member of staff said it is what it is . Missed watching the majority of rugby with friends as they were upstairs , food was cold , we walked out eventually like a lot of people . Fancy having a pub where you can’t get a drink . Need more staff and train them please . Not going back”
“We went there 2 weeks ago for the rugby was a great afternoon so we rebooked for today booked a table and was so disappointed with the whole day there.
The upstairs bar was closed so unless u had online orders u had to go downstairs the waiting time was awful there was not enough staff behind the bar to serve people . People were walking out in numbers we left just after the 2nd half started as stood at bar for 20 mins
I will return but deffo not for any more six nations matches

“The website says that it is open till midnight. We arrived at 10 pm. After 1 pint I went to the bar to ask for another at 10:50 pm and the aloof barman they had already closed even though there was no bell and he was serving obviously one of his mates a pint at the time. Most of the beers on tap were off anyway. Don’t go near the place”
