“Owning a gym is not easy. It's not for people that just "like to work out". It's for people who want to stretch the living hell out of their bodies, minds and spirit, and then help other people do the same.
Lets really think about what you need todo DAILY to run a successful gym.
Be the part: Have a lifestyle worth sharing. Fitness, Food, finesse.
Pay the bills: Have services that give people a glimpse of your own motivation and inspire them DAILY.
Never get stuck: Love my clients and people can be PEOPLE. "So what" if you know how to fix their knees, or help them loose weight, that doesn't matter if you can't get them to show up. (So much more to say about that)
SCALE: So, say you had all the above locked in. If you aren't growing you are shrinking. PERIOD. Life/ Business/ Everything is more expensive, and if you're not actively scaling you are on your way out.
Now imagine if your don't have all those other things locked in, AND you're trying to scale. OOOffff. Gut punch. GYM ACADEMY assists in ALL things gym related, but the main thing is accelerated scaling. We've added 10+ clients which looks like 48k for the year in 3 months. Cold start, 2 person operation and haven't touched IG or Facebook marketing in YEARS.
