“Do not use website on any touchscreen phone as the selection wheels aren’t that practical, I bought a custom lighter with engraving, chose a certain font and when the lighter came I realised the font was not what I chose, checked the font on the order sheet that came with the lighter and went back on to the website and found that the font I chose was one or two spaces above the one given, I sent an email to see if anything could be done and had no response”
