“This is the second time I have ordered from the London Tile Company and, like the first time, the service was excellent. My queries by telephone were answered promptly and professionally. The tiles were delivered promptly. The first set of tiles have been greatly admired in the kitchen which is why I chose the same for the bathroom. When the work is complete, I will send photos. Thanks LTC!”

“I needed a tile that was discontinued. Having found it on The London tile CO. I ordered a sample, and was delighted to find out that a sample was a complete tile. It arrived really quickly, was very well packaged. So I would thoroughly recommend any one considering ordering tiles online to use this company. And to the London tile co. a huge and heart felt thank you”

“I ordered a sample Quarry Tile which arrived, well packed, within 3 days. It turns out that this is just the tile I am looking for but I still suggest that it might be better to provide smaller samples instead of complete tiles and also have a sticker on the sample saying name of tile, product code, price per tile and price per m2.”

“The tiles received were nice but after having no choice but to buy full tile sample the tiles arrived broken in pieces. As much as I liked one particular tile - have worries about buying from London tile company if deliveries like this occur”

We're very sorry to hear your samples have arrived damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team 0333 320 80 48 who will be happy to refund or replace the broken tiles. We package our tile samples very carefully but unfortunately sometimes they can be damaged in transit.

“Very Impressed with your Service, Phoned to discuss the purchase of tiles for an exterior patio and received good solid advice. Selected two samples and they were dispatched immediately and arrived within 2 days (3 -5 days are advised) complete with a brochure as I had requested over the phone. Will be a Spring project so still under discussion or should I say ' Wife has not given me my instructions yet !!! ' Brian”
