“A reassuring, impressive experience. I’d been putting off getting my moles checked out but had got worried about one on my knee. The nurse was so friendly and capable and explained each one so clearly I felt totally reassured - and I now have a baseline for comparison next time. I’ll definitely be back!”

“My partner noticed that a mole on my upper back had been getting larger in circumference and that its shape was also changing. I went to my GP who “red flagged” this through NHS. Unable to get appointment with NHS and wanted to get checked out ASAP. Made appointment at Mole clinic and was seen within 48 hours. Had results back 24 hours later- thankfully nothing sinister. It cost me £50 for peace of mind.”

“I attended the mole clinic for a single mole report as I was worried about a new raised mark on my ankle. Nurse Nicole was so professional and knowledgable and made me feel immediately at ease and in safe hands. She showed me the close up image and discussed with me what we were looking at- it was nice to feel part of the conversation. Considering returning for whole body mole mapping as my experience gave me so much peace of mind!”

“I am writing this review some five months since visiting The Mole Clinic to reflect and consider my thoughts on how to write this important message. The short version is that I was ultimately diagnosed with a Melanoma, it was caught early and it has been successfully treated. At the beginning of this journey I was blissfully unaware of skin cancer, what to look out for and the risks if left untreated (especially a Melanoma). I simply got lucky by visiting The Mole Clinic when I did but from there the service was professional, quickly flagged the worrying moles which fast tracked me into action around their removal and treatment. I do not wish this experience on anyone but looking back the message is simple (a) get yourself checked and (b) The Mole Clinic is a good place to start. Whilst I know times are tight and the cost for the screen and specific mole investigations is not ideal if you are sitting in my position it is some of the best money ever spent. It is also worth noting my wife was screened at the same time and given the all clear so whilst they may be on the conservative side in flagging suspicious moles the nurses feel well training and well balanced. Get yourself screened and educated not tomorrow but today.”

“I had been referred by my GP to a so-called fast track NHS screening for a concerning lesion. Their response was very slow so I chose to book an appt at the Mole Clinic. It was incredibly reasonable to have it screened - just £50. I had a next day appt, the nurse I saw was very pleasant, reassuring and knowledgeable.The report arrived in 2 working days with reassuring findings, since confirmed by the NHS consultant I finally saw (after I’d had to make a complaint…). An excellent service that I would highly recommend.”

“This is something everyone should do. Having been badly sunburnt as a child it has always been at the back of my mind to get checked. Meeting a friend who’s just been as a result of her father dying of skin cancer made me book an appointment. The nurse could not have been more professional, yet friendly at the same time. The experience was very positive and I now have peace of mind and know what to look out for in the future. Don’t delay, book now!”

“Excellent, thorough, friendly service as always. An annual mole check gives us peace of mind. Moles that look like they may have changed are compared to the records from the previous year. Any suspect moles are further investigated.”
