“I had one mole checked, booked online. Maybe it was me not checking properly how it all works but I thought I was going get my results on the day. But the nurse just took a picture and told me I should get the results in 1-3 days. I did receive the results the following day in the afternoon.”

“Quick appointments available. Very helpful and informative nurse who carried out the assessment (Sarah.) Price of extra photos a bit steep, I thought, about £140 on top of basic £315. But overall good and would recommend.”

“I am glad my daughter found the Mole Clinic for me. Having been seen by Lucy has put my mind at rest. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the awkward stairs because I have a troublesome knee and walk with a stick.”

“Overall a good option for those (like me) that have been in the sun quite a lot. I did feel that the full skin check with mole mapping was expensive for the time it actually took in the appointment (25 mins) and I mistakenly thought the mole mapping was a more in depth look at the skin rather than a set of pics for reference only usable with repeat visits? The Nurse Sandra was very nice and explained what she was doing but it was disappointing that she couldn’t give a proper opinion on identified areas of concern rather than offering to pass the pics on to a qualified person at a cost of £35 per picture? I declined this offer and went through my GP and saw a hospital dermatologist on the NHS who was also surprised that someone examining my skin ‘privately’ wasn’t a qualified dermatologist to know exactly what she was looking at? Overall I think this should be looked at and I’m left a little underwhelmed by my visit. However for those with concerns about their skin TMC is a very good option for a quick appointment for a general assessment of anything that might need further investigation either through TMC or taking the report to your own GP.”

“Great experience at the clinic and subsequent phone call from Sarah, a couple of small grievances one is the Mole Clinic answering the phone, and the follow up telephone call discussing the report, there was too many technical terms referred to. not sure if this is done deliberately to scare.”
