“I managed to get an appt on the same morning I rang. Upon arrival i was greeted with the option of having a tea or coffee. My appt ran to time and the lady who assessed me was really friendly, professional and reassuring. I was told it would be a couple of days before I Received a copy of the report with the results and I ended up getting my results back in the same day.”

“Friendly staff. I received an appointment on the same morning I rang. I also received my report in the same day of attending even though they said it could take a couple of days for it to come through which helped with my worry!”

“Efficient, helpful booking process; charming receptionists - when we jokingly mentioned lack of biscuits with the (complementary) coffee, they brought us half a dozen! Very good session with the nurse, plenty of explanation and chances to ask questions (maybe one or two too many technical names and terms, but nothing serious). Photographer very pleasant and thorough. Able to take all the pictures away on a usb and the reports came through promptly by email within a couple of days. All in all, very satisfactory experience.”
