“The booking process was easy, the follow up reminders were helpful and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The nurse who did my mole review was careful to give information without causing me to panic. The follow up report was comprehensive and timely. I was clear about what my next steps should be and how the mole clinic could help.”

“This was such an easy way to get your moles checked. The only thing was I had to drive an hour to get to the clinic as there are not too many clinics on the South Coast. However booking appointments are easy, communication great and report quick. Great service and clinician sensitive and caring. Would recommend.”

“Able to get an appointment quickly, and the clinic setting was very nice - clean/comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Seen promptly by the nurse. Report sent out within the stated timeframe. Very efficient and value for money. Would happily pay for this service again.”

“The clinic identified a number of issues including one lesion which I will have removed. I had never really thought about the impact of sun damage on my skin and the NHS does not provide any routine screening. By treatment now I will avoid a potential problem in the future and I would encourage my friends to participate in such screening processes.”

“Excellent way to look after yourself if you have the slightest concerns over the effects of sun on your skin. I've been going regularly - and recently identified a possible melanoma. We monitored for a year, and as it was changing we agreed to remove it. Everything handled quickly and professionally. Thank you Mole Clinic - you have done, and will continue to do what I wanted - to help me take care of my skin.”

“Instantly put at ease by the friendliness of my nurse and her explaination of exactly what was going to happen in the appointment. She explained what she was doing throughout and about the different types of moles she was finding. Very helpful follow up phonecall to explain my results, with clear advice and recommendation on how to proceed”

“Last year I had the experience of having actinic keratosis and am quite paranoid now when I get any new potential spots. It seems impossible these days to get a timely appointment with a dermatologist, so I was really happy that I was able to easily and quickly get the spot checked out by the team at Mole Clinic. In my opinion the price is fair and I was able to get an appointment the same week, much better for a peace of mind than waiting 2+ months. The team was very friendly and efficient, and delivered a report within a day. I highly recommend the clinic if you have any moles to check or for an annual check.”

“I visited the Harley Street branch of the Mole Clinic last week and the service I got was faultless from start to finish. The practitioner I saw was friendly which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained to me and was easy to understand, the full body check was thorough and didn’t feel rushed at all. I was given lots of great takeaway advice which has given me the confidence for when I do my next at home skin check myself. If you have been putting this off, like I have for many years, I would highly recommend you use the services of the Mole Clinic.”

“Attended the Harley Street clinic and Susie the mole nurse was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. However, Mole Clinic didn't answer phone for 20 mins or reply to the website message the day before the appointment resulting in a joint appointment time being only for 1 person (as only 1 nurse and 1 camera) and a wait for an hour before the 2nd person was seen. Also left waiting in unmanned reception and had to go and find Mole Clinic in the multi-occupied building at the appointment time.”
