“My experience at The Mole Clinic was great. The process was really simple and fuss free, and I liked the fact I was able to read through all the appointment options and pay online beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect and it made the whole thing a lot less daunting than I thought it would be. The staff at The Mole Clinic were really lovely and put me at ease. I felt that they understood that people may be worried about their appointments or the results, and they do everything they can to make you comfortable and well informed. I saw Martina on the day I visited and she was really great. Everything was explained in as much detail as possible and I didn't feel stupid asking lots of questions. I only had a 2 minute wait for my appointment and was in and out within 20 minutes. I have already recommended The Mole Clinic to friends and family. Thanks guys!”

“I have been attending the Mole Clinic now for many years and am always 100% happy with the service. Their nurses are knowledgeable and take great care to exam each mole. In 2015 they highlighted one mole on the side of my body which looked to me to be pretty innocuous. I had this mole removed (painless local anaesthetic). Had I not had this mole removed it would have become malignant. Last week I visited them again (annual visit) and they have noted a mole on my leg which they are recommending I have removed. I will be dealing with this asap. I would just add that my Brother died of Melanoma 4 years ago so I am making sure I take great care to have my moles examined every year and my visits to the Mole Clinic give me the reassurance I need.”

“It was so worth while going to the Mole clinic. I had a sore on my nose that would mysteriously come and go and it just "wasn't right". I went to my GP and he said come back when it is red. Well, I didn't until recently and then I saw another GP and convinced her to get me a dermatologists appt. The appt. came, and it is two months away. In the meantime I went to the Mole Clinic and got it diagnosed and it IS basal cell carcinoma. I get SO frustrated with the NHS (though I commend it!) because I feel like I'm begging for a specialist's appt. Thank you Mole Clinic for helping confirm my suspicions, I have since walked in to the GP's office with a copy of your report.”

“I was seen on time and by a nurse who knew her stuff, was not alarmist and inspired confidence. She took a photograph of a small lesion on my back and emailed it to the lab then and there. I had a reply, and preliminary diagnosis, within three hours.”

“The system I have followed involves computerised scheduling, preliminary head-to-toe check for suspect moles, microscopic and macro photographs of these, a check of the photographs by a dermatologist, a report of the findings, and subsequent appointments to remove suspected cancers. I appreciated very much the report, which involved risk tables and photographs. I was able to discuss these with the nurse who did the initial check, and then schedule a further appointment. The system is formatted in a way which allows a rapid assessment, in my case three days from the exam to a nurse to the scheduling of an appointment by a dermatologist. This is where I am now: an appointment with the dermatologist. The speed of all this impresses me. The people I speak with use language that I can understand, i.e. not a lot of jargon.”
