“This is the 2nd time that I have attended the Mole Clinic. They have had a technical update since my last visit and had no details for me. However, I completed the questionnaire which is very easy and the few minor details were asked of me in a professional way. The young lady doing the actual checking is very professional also. The main reason for attending the Mole Clinic is 'Peace of Mind.' Not just from my own personal point of view - I lived in South Africa for 8 years - but also because my female neighbour - who has never stepped outside of the U.K. - has Melanoma and had one mole on her nose removed and a mole on her back removed - the surgeons had to go down about 1 and half inches and she was incapacitated for 3 months - no lifting etc. It is recommended that you have a check each year but even if you check every 2 years - you really should attend to check all of your moles. All my moles and sun spots were O.K. by the way - so something less to worry about. June.x.”

“When anxious after noticing a mole which seemed to have changed or just appeared the most important thing was to get it seen by experts as soon as possible. This was achieved by hearing about the mole clinic,who then gave me an appointment.I also went on the waiting list for a cancellation,which I got for the following day. My results were incredibly quick . A very worthwhile clinic and a very pleasant office.”

“This is a fabulous service I was concerned about a few moles and mysterious pimples but didn't go to the GP because I was afraid it would just be brushed aside. The mole clinic is convenient (even though I live in Preston) efficient and very thorough. It gave me great peace of mind to know that I had been checked by people with specialist knowledge. Even though all the pimples and moles I was concerned about were fine they did have concerns about a mole which I hadn't even noticed and this has been monitored by a dermatologist and given the all clear. I will return for a yearly check up and have been encouraging all my friends to attend.”

“I've had an annual mole check at the Mole Clinic for over five years now and they offer a fantastic service. They are always on time, very friendly, and the full mole check offers real assurance for me as well as valuable advice. I was recently worried about a particular mole and they could give a one-mole check appointment within 24 hrs. Their pricing is good value. I fully recommend them.”

“My partner and I went for a full 45 minute mole check a couple of weeks ago, and our experience was very good: the staff were friendly, very thorough and reassuring. A couple of moles that I'd been a touch nervous about were given the all clear (one wasn't even a mole, but a harmless dermal fibroma resulting from a reaction to an insect bite) and the lady who painstakingly went over every mole and freckle I had was happy to call in a senior colleague to check something she was 99% sure was fine, just to give me absolute peace of mind. I'd been quite stressed about going, and need not have worried at all. I felt in totally safe hands and walked out sure - for the first time ever - that all my moles are 'normal'. My partner felt the same way. A money-can't-buy feeling brought to me for just over £100 each (10% discount on the normal £125 as I booked my partner in at the same time): I paid more for a new car exhaust so I can't begrudge spending this on myself - only wish I'd done it sooner. An excellent service and one I will certainly use again every few years.”

“The nurse was extremely professional and I was given a very thorough screening of ALL my moles. I was also given excellent advice on how to protect and prevent against any skin damage. I recommend anyone who has moles on their skin to have them all checked by The Mole Clinic.”

“I was impressed by the professional service I received on my first visit to the Mole Clinic. The female specialist who treated/examined me was great; she made me feel at ease, explained what I needed to look for to decipher a problematic mole, examined every mole on my body, told me a few facts about moles and freckles that I didn't know and gave me an all-clear result at the end of my consultation. Would recommend the Mole Clinic.”
