“Not going here again to have guitars serviced. The didn't wire up my tone controls so have gone somewhere else to fix their dodgy wiring. Was charged £40 for restringing my 2 guitars that I didn't ask for and had to redo as they were wrong string gauge. One of my students also had a bad experience with some guitar work here. So yeah. Avoid instrument service.”
“Charged me to fix my guitar then when the repaid didn't hold they refused to resolve the problem and tried to blame me because the guitar had dust on it from some building works we had done. Horrible company to deal with”
