“Arrived badly damaged. I accepted a discount because this is my third attempt to buy a Chinese cabinet (twice with another supplier) and I’m fed up of having no furniture for 5 months. I have no idea if I can repair it and the seller isn’t helping very much. Wouldn’t use them again.”

So sorry for the issue with your furniture, we did offer a full refund and replacement. Delays have been a problem since covid and we are working hard to keep customers updated.

“I found Nine Schools on the web. Easy, attractive site to use. Good description and photos of products, with dimensions. At time of ordering only two of the product I chose remained available. Had very small flaws. Almost imperceptible. Received a phone call and e mail with photos explaining the flaws. Was given option of a 20% discount. Very honest of Nine Schools. Would struggle to notice the flaw without being told. Product is excellent quality, very well made. Price was very good for such a well made item. I saw others at twice or thrice the price. Product arrived quickly once order confirmed. My only beef, and the reason for a 4 star review rather than a 5 star review was the amount of expanded polystyrene that the product came wrapped in. I want my product to arrive undamaged but this packaging is not recyclable. There must be an alternative ? Please try to find an alternative.”

“Beautiful ceramic products, GREAT service - you can order with confidence from The Nine Schools and I can't recommend them highly enough! My first order of a large 50cm tall blue and white vase and a smaller 38cm tall blush pink vase was safely delivered by DHL within 2 days of placing my order - the packaging was so robust there was little chance of the vases being damaged in transit. Unfortunately I had to return the pink vase as the colour was much stronger in reality than on my laptop screen, but this was handled superbly by Clare at The Nine Schools. She promptly organised for the vase to be collected by DHL and when I emailed her to let her know they'd collected it, she processed my refund immediately. I was SO impressed with the service I received I ordered a smaller blue and white vase straight away and it was delivered the very next day - Wow! The Nine Schools has provided me with the absolute best customer service I have ever received - they just "get it". I wish all online retailers were this amazing - they totally exceeded my expectations. And I love my new vases!”

“Ordered the Qing black medium sideboard, delivery was quite long but that is to be expected at this time. The sideboard is beautiful but unfortunately arrived with a few scuffs on it. I contacted the nineschools and spoke to Clare and was offered different options of how to resolve the issue which we have very quickly and which I’m more than happy with. Our delivery driver Dave was very professional helpful & polite.”
