“We went to the O2 on Sat 7 March to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe. Our view close to the stage with tiered seating was unfortunately obstructed by a large crane/camera right in front of us moving up/down, backwards and forwards and was very distracting. This was being used to film the concert for cinema viewers later. After complaining, we were moved to seats much further back on the flat floor level. These were the only other seats available and they would not refund our money there and then. The O2 and Live Nation now refuse to give us any compensation as they say the seats we relocated to were of slightly higher value. That is not the point and they know it. Our evening was spoilt as we did not get the benefit of the view we chose and paid for and we spent the rest of the evening mainly watching the concert on the live screens. It's very uncaring of them not to acknowledge this, especially when they will be making a fortune later on from cinema goers to the detriment of some people who paid to see them live. There were others who also complained. My only recourse as a disappointed customer (and obviously insignificant to them) is to now write this review about their meanness. What a pity they cannot see the damage they do to customer relations. Shame on both organisations who make so much financial gain from their customers but when it really comes to it are clearly not bothered about them at all.”
