“Hi , I bought two T shirts from your store when I spent a week-end in Darlington. I had worn both T shirts just the once and each time a button came off. Is this a record because next birthday I will be 68 and never before has this happened even once. Please don't tell me to button it Kind regards Peter Divall.”
