“Tuffnell's courier service let them down. Order delivered 2 days late, damaged and incomplete (Tuffnell's subcontracted courier's fault - Cooper Carriers ). However whilst both couriers were useless in sorting the situation, PBSL (Gutter Supplies) did everything to correct it out sending out replacements next day delivery by DPD. Things didn't go right first time but they sorted the issues out so I would use again. I only hope they change their delivery agents.”
