“Excellent delivery service, though would have preferred a cheaper 2-3 day option. The product worked very well (acnchoring up trees that had been blown askew by the recent storms) and I was so pleased with the result that I ordered a further two.”

“Easy to find the ratchets straps I wanted. All clearly listed sizes, ratings, prices etc. Ordered one afternoon and they arrived midday the next day. Good price, good product, good service. Why can't everything else be so easy?!!! \n”

“I was able to track the delivery to within 5 minutes so knew immediately when the delivery driver was unable to find us. When I contacted the Ratchet shop about this their customer care was excellent and the problem was sorted out straightaway.”

“I bought a new pair of ratchet straps to secure my boat on to its trailer as the mechanism on the old ones had collapsed and would not hold properly. I am very impressed by the far superior quality of the ratchets and fittings - much better than the old ones and all at a very competitive price along with excellent and prompt service . Wonderful , thank you .”

“Once again another PERFECT service from the Ratchet Shop. The items are 100% and I'm very very happy with the goods and services you supply. We use them to secure our lifeboats to the trailers so them failing really isn't an option!! We will be ordering again and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
