“Goods received timeously and in perfect condition, only gripe postage costs are slightly confusing and if the wrong postage inadvertently selected found I was unable to correct without closing down web page.”

“Not knowing anything about chains, clevis pins etc i spoke to a gentleman with an american accent who explained all the jargon and talked me through what i needed and even did the order. Excellent. Delighted with what arrived; exactly what i wanted”

“Bought a couple of big 100mm wide ratchet straps. In fact I probably have spent that amount buying the cheap 25mm ones in the past only for them to break after a few uses. The ones from the Ratchet shop seem good quality, time will tell. John”

“Absolute fantastic service from first telephone call to items being delivered. Email confirmation of order, text messages to alert of pending delivery time, text message to inform of delivery with proof of recipients name.
